Thank You OCL Web Committee. I enjoyed blogging, and exploring the new(to me) web sites, I never would have done any of these THINGS on my own. That being said my favorite THING was Flickr and I would like to purchase a digital camera as soon as possible. I really can not think of one THING I least liked about the Web 2.0 I had trouble with a few Things but I think it helped me to learn new skills and to take my time, I have spent more of my own time on the computer then I ever have before. I think the library should have a computer class to help and or teach patrons how to use Flikr, Del.i.cio.us how to scan your pics etc. I have to say thanks again, when I think about all the new THINGS I have discovered to do with own my computer. I have shared many of the THINGS I have learned with my friends, sister, daughter,anyone who will listen, I think they can't wait for me to be done with my BLOGGING!!

I could not download at home NJ listen my fire wall must be
the problem, but I do not listen to books on tape I would rather
read a book.I did look at this site to choose a few books.I did check out two books 101 Ways to transform Your life (Take the Web challenge!!). My book will expire on Jun 7 .

I would use Google at home
and Zoho is free to register so I might
use it to as a spreadsheet to keep count of my
bluebirds .

I enjoyed this site, I added I Love Blue Birds,
it was fun to look at the page to see what everyone
added.

Thing 16 Wiki

I thought Wiki is very useful and easy to use .But I don't
think a very reliable source because teachers do not
want student's to use this site for reports.

I opened a blog line account, Blue Birds ,Stop your dogs from digging ,Bermuda,weather in Ireland and England,rain rules London, dog training,NBC news and travel, blue bird tote,micro soft new game,one Life to Live, I did not enjoy the Bloglines,and would not use bloglines again.

Technorati I think is a great search tool
I would share this info. with patrons and
friends. I did find the websites useful and
would continue to use this site.
Library 2.0 and Web 2.0
The idea of constant change and user-centric
and inviting is a great concept for the library .I
did find many of the ideas very helpful.

I already commented on Net Library and Tech Blogging
today I setup an account with Library Thing.
I was happy not to again,have to use my email
account, would I use Library Thing ? No, but
happy I know about Library Thing as an option to offer
a patron . World Cat would be helpful for ILL. April 7 I
set up an account with net library. I think I can help a patron set
to due the same. Thing 10 I did blog a friend on 4/5 and also
check out camera info.

Things 8-9

RSS feeds a little problem I wanted Martha
Stewart but I ended up with People I could
NOT get Martha to work on my Blog.
Yes I would use RSS feeds for my personal
use,and I can't wait to impress my nieces and nephews with
my new computer skills.

Things 5-7

I love to scan now , the flickr ... a little confusing at first,
but I spend a lot of time on flickr now, and look at "tags".

I have completed Things 1-4. The easiest step for me would be my
attitude I try to keep an open mind and do believe we learn something new everyday.
My hardest thing might be time and to create a personal learning plan
and making the time to follow the plan.
